Celebration time like birthdays, graduations etc. buy them presents or cash gifts. But when it's your turn, you get nothing at all.
One thing is that I don't really care though but I think it's just courtesy, just like l wrote from the beginning "I hate hypocrisy" the more you give, the more you receive and it becomes a blessing in your daily life. Stop being stingy.
